Our Mission
Our mission is to provide high-quality services to our community and country to empower individuals not only in the healthcare field, but also to serve everyone with nothing but the most trustworthy, heartfelt, simply the best services that they can find. We also offer leadership training and community building workshops to promote unity and civic engagement.
Meet the Team
Ruth Francois
CEO AND FOUNDER OF Alive Multi Services LLC
Ruth Francois has her Associate's degree in nursing, Bachelor's degree in nursing, Master's degree in nursing, and is a Doctoral Candidate at Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBAU). She has a Florida Board of Nursing Multi-State Compact License and is a proud Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing member. She has been married to her spouse of 14 years, Guensly Dorisca, a retired United States Marine, Purple Heart Recipient, and African American History Month Awardee. Dorisca and Francois have a 13 year old son. They strongly believe in serving their community and that they can make a significant impact with their combined knowledge and leadership skills.
Ruth Francois leads Alive Multi Services as its Chief Executive Officer. Born and raised in Haiti, Ruth relocated to the United States in 2009. She resided in North Carolina at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina where her husband was stationed at the time. After her spouse retirement, she relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2015. Hillsborough County has been her home ever since. In addition, she is fluent in French, English, Haitian Creole, and Spanish.
Guensly Dorisca
ADMINISTRATIVE ADVISOR OF Alive Multi Services LLC
Guensly Dorisca oversees the advising department of Alive Multi Services. He volunteers and serves as an ambassador to clients. He works closely with the management team to coordinate service projects, workshops, seminars as well as driving membership growth for Alive Nursing Bootcamp. Guensly grew up in Manatee County and served in the United States Marine Corps for 17 years. He is a Purple Heart Recipient and a retired Marine. He loves to cook and spends his free time with his wife and son.
